This brings opportunity, not a guarantee of leads. The agent who wins the listing appointment is usually the one the seller already recognizes. When Nate started consistently showing up with property reels and local insight content, people began recognizing him online before ever meeting him in person, and started reaching out. That inbound still lands in your comments and DMs; responding to it and closing it is on you. We get you the recognition and the opportunity. Converting it is still your job.
What's the difference between the two packages?+
Authority Builder is a managed retainer: we plan it, film it, edit it, and publish it. Film & Deliver is production only, sold in packs: we film and edit, you post it yourself on your own schedule.
Can I start with Film & Deliver and move to Authority Builder later?+
Yes. Several Authority Builder clients started with a Film & Deliver pack to see the production quality before committing to a managed retainer.
Why is there a 3-month minimum on Authority Builder?+
Authority takes time to compound. Three months gives us enough runway for content capture, system learning, and performance evaluation, so recognition has time to build instead of resetting every month.
What if I already have someone helping with marketing?+
That's common. Tell us what they're already handling on the intro call and we'll scope around it, whether that means Film & Deliver for production only or a lighter Authority Builder scope.
